I should have used sarcasm font...I firmly believe (and share price after reduction is proof) the market already factored in the share reduction...apologies for any confusion...

Here's to the CUSIP change and merger completion...that will hopefully drive AVVH share prices to make all very green (including those who bought around a dime)
