"let's see what Ed, comes up with"

--I agree. So why not wait and see verifiable proof of what "he comes up with" before mindlessly buying shares when there's no business to invest in?

Earlier you posted a link to the TSRR Facebook page. I see that on 7/27/21 Eddie lost no time in taking a victory lap for getting another unrelated ticker (UITA) uplisted. I congratulated him for accomplishing the minimum requirements now expected to be listed on OTC.

However, I see that his efforts have resulted in the SEC declaring it a "shell"... not an OTC "shell risk" but a bona fide "shell."

I can't wait to see him prove me wrong.

Shell

A Shell Company is a company, other than an asset-backed issuer, with no or nominal operations and either 1) no or nominal assets; 2) assets consisting of cash and cash equivalents; or 3) assets consisting of any amount of cash and cash equivalents and nominal other assets, as defined by Securities Act Rule 405 and Exchange Act Rule 12b-2. SEC reporting companies designate their shell status in their periodic filings.
