I love/hate 10Ks. So much to sift through in 50 pages with a 1.5 font. Ugh....

I will say I am pretty happy after reading through this one. No real surprises which at this point is very good.

From what I can tell everything is on track for the next big catalyst; IDE submission. It looks like it's really going to happen this time and I believe we have all our ducks in a row for success in this submission. What day, week or month I can't tell you but it's soon and it's happening.

My guess is that we will apply and gain approval. Probably run up to $1 on exuberance. Love the features page 31. News is so positive that we need to capital raise but around $0.70, where it probably sits for a while. This is where we might find some interest in buying us out and it could happen for $2-$3 which is fine by me.

That's my thesis and why I'm close to 8M shares. What say you?
