Pretty sure Patterson knew that if they bit on that offer that he would be paid in stock and become the largest CYDY shareholder.

From there a takeover would be easy. By just teaming up with a few of his InCellDx shareholders. MAYBE the whole scheme was thought up and put together by Beatty.

It didn't work so they tried to take control of Cytodyn and work it from the other direction.

This would explain the Bream, Yo and Patterson about face in support of Leronlimab/Cytodyn.

In my opinion the DOJ should be looking at these guys as they relate to supporting pump n dump schemes to discredit current management, with the endgame of taking over the company after pumping it up, then driving it into the ground.
