Why such blatant censorship? 200,000 people were reportedly booted off Facebook. And how about Fauci and the NIH funding Wuhan research, including gain of function?

If you knew anything about science or the CDC, and you DON'T, you would understand that as more data about the novel Covid-19 virus is gather, the CDC will change recommendations, That is what the CDC did regarding the Delta variant. Apparently you don't understand what still highly effective means or what anecdotes in the news means. When news reports of shark attacks skyrocketed a few years ago, analysis shows that shark attacks were actually down but because they were rare so they got publicity.

People hospitalized with Covid or who die from it people are very highly skewed towards unvaccinated people. Keep in mind that most of the older and higher risk patients are vaccinated, and those are the people who are more likely to get sick or die from Covid.
