You ask me to speculate on movements made by Phillips over four years ago.
I admit I can not answer any of those questions since I have absolutely no idea why any of those moves were made.
Since I have no idea about what moves it took to keep the company somewhat soluble,while products were developed,what it took to scrounge money in order to continue operations,I can not answer those questions and IMO only a stubborn fool would offer a solution to them without the knowledge I just mentioed.
Personally I do not give a s44t what happened four years ago.
The company is still here ,it is showing some progress,and only a jacka33 would question why,or how come it wasn't done sooner or cheaper,or what methods were used to get it to its current state.
This is Cdex today we are discussing. I had pi44ed my money away in 2000-2001. I soon realized that.
Now here I am still here with some hope of getting some of it back,if not all.
I personally do not care how that came about or what seemingly dirty tricks ( as envisioned by jackass34) were utilized to bring us to where we are today.
You seem to accuse MP of a bunch of crap to which you have little knowledge of what you are talking about.
I envision 10,12,15 whatever other people who have a direct insight into how the company is being run. A far cry from the two or three that ran Loch.
These people know why things were tabled, they know why some things didn't pass tests. They know why DiCut was dumped. They probably have been sweating out payroll money for four years. Somehow they are still around ,and they have managed to hire some quite visible people to push the company forward.
Then you expect us to read the trash and BS that you suspect you have the answers to. Any idiot can put a negative spin on practically any subject,but to try to push it off on others

It just burns your a44 that Phillips didn't run away and hide,therby adding legitimacy to your claims of incompetence or fraud.When he popped back in,it made you really dig to try to discredit him. I am not saying he did everything right, I wouldn't be such a fool, without knowing all the circumstances.
Will we eventually make it? How the he44 do I know! But the stupidity will only be my fault, for not kissing it goodbye 4 years ago.
To blame it all on one who brought us this far,without knowing the problems involved, or challenges met,and with little knowledge of the operation accusing him of scamming is in my opinion absolutely childish.
