Actually I can easily. As you know, the Chinese have copied entire car plants. The multinational that produces a car can ship the product of their plant out of China for the world market. The Chinese clone of the plant produces cars for the internal Chinese market.

The same thing is already happening with various ICs.

The Romans lasted 1200 years. We won't make 300.
