Reread the write up, the .015 is the key part of the offering for the 1.3billion shares. Which was intentional and the main reason for the offering was to raise $20 million. I myself and only my opinion is, as I stated, that those shares are already spoken for. As you stated why would you pay .015 for something you can buy at .0015. By the way I may be wrong, but I don’t think the .0015 is going to be around long tomorrow, if the $20 mil is raised as anticipated that alone will increase the market value of the company and raise the pps to over .0025 by itself. I think this is a way for a high end investor to acquire an interest in the company without all the paper work; it fits in with everything that’s been going on since the beginning of the year. All this is just my opinion of course and I wouldn’t want anyone investing on what I am saying they should do there own research.
