"Best interests" in no way says that everybody gets money. It is collectively, not individually, and it is true since they'd just done 2 sales processes and went with the best bid they got for the company's assets.

But, feel free to petition the Canadian judge for permission to file suit against PWC claiming they lied when they said that even though they received that judge's and the US judge's approval for the transaction and stated over and over that shareholders get nothing.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
