TJP, if your sources are correct that: "he thought Daniel was the one who leaked it and I am guessing Elite made Daniel buy the shell off them for that reason", then something really doesn't add up. Tom Kim owned the shell. There is no way that Luis could have made Daniel buy the shell because Luis never owned it. There was never any official purchase of the shell, no filings, nothing. Tom owns the shell. I simply cannot believe that after all these years that Tom has owned this shell, that just because the deal fell through, he would simply throw up his hands and sell it to Daniel. Tom would do what he has always wanted to do - wait for another company to come along. But if you look at the Company Profile and the last 2 filings, it sure looks like Daniel owns it. If Luis had actually purchased the shell and he got scared and said no way I don't want this, the whole deal would have been scrapped and Tom would once again own the shell. The scenario that has been provided by your contacts doesn't make any sense. I'm trying to get hold of Daniel, but of course, he isn't responding, not that I thought he would. Contact your people, maybe they have some updated info.
