Lamberth already is an appeal, is it not? Regardless..."IF" they fight it? All they have to do is to continue to delay, request continuances ( and I don't recall one ever being denied), and drag their heels. Not having to actually appear in Court is a pretty good defense strategy (even though courts are already stacked in favor of defendants). the high court just took the wind out of every sail out there. Period.
