Unlikely to come back, yes, but I am still struck by how carefully worded that press release from Elite was. If they truly had no intention of ever going into any affiliation with NGCG going forward why would they not just say so?

Instead they said “ remains unaffiliated with New Generation Consumer Group Inc.” That to my read of it implies “ not at this time but you never know”.
I know they went on to say also “has no plans to do so” in regards to a business combination. But again why not definitely say has no plans EVER to do so. To categorically eliminate any possibility or confusion that they could get back together.
This press release instead seems constructed like a first year TV series hoping to be renewed for a second year or a movie hoping for a sequel. They have left just enough wiggle room in the ending to be able to construct a return to the screen in a sequel or in this case to NGCG if environment becomes acceptable again.

Not likely to come but it seems they have left the door open just a crack in not categorically denying any possibility of a hook up NGCG . All IMO of course.
