Here’s the proof it’s a paid article:

“Disclosure: Insider Financial and its owners do not have a position in the stocks posted and have posted this article for free without editorial input. This article was written by a guest contributor and solely reflects his opinions.”

Notice how Insider Financial states THEY own no shares in CYDY and that THEY weren’t paid to post the article? That’s because they weren’t, but the disclosure isn’t extended to the author, who likely owns stock and who likely was paid for the article. If he wasn’t, it would state it in the disclosure.
