I doubt Overwatch partners wants anything to do with btzi

Mike Hawkins (former mCig/Bots CFO) owns controlling interest in Overwatch Partners and Epic Industries. Overwatch Partners owns 50,000,000 shares of Bots and Epic Industries owns another 50,000,000 common shares. Paul Rosenberg also still owns considerable investments in both Everything BlockChain and Bots. I don't think they'd be happy to see their investments go down the tubes.

My guess is (and this is all just speculation) Bots settlement with OBTX could all have been a maneuver to get Bots back from First Bitcoin (BITCF) management's controlling interest while leaving BITCF's shareholders (and their management) with a nice buyout from OBTX, presumably for OBTX shares (all JMO).
