Exactly right! It’s definitely a RM. The only other possible reason Jeff calls this an acquisition is he’s planning on merging something else with Third Bench. But most likely worded the early 8K an acquisition is due to his limited 90 day exit plan. Then official RM announcement by Third Bench.
