For what its worth...

I have had my Secureview since late last year and has worked like a charm. The only problem was that it did indeed malfunction sometime in June (not sure if it was something that I did). But after a call to the company, I had a new one within days and it has worked perfectly since. I was not ignored and am not sure what department is in charge, but I am pleased with the results.

For those that want to know:
I am not an insider
I live in Michigan
I have no relationship with the company other then I own a few shares and have used the product
I am not Rich's son
Have never met with Rich or talked to him
I play golf everyday
