Let's not deny that the verdict could hugely effect our beloved 88 energy's prospective Project Peregrine and Umiat, (NPR-A territory)

IMHO, the verdict from the Ninth Circuit Court will have far reaching ramifications on all companies in the NPR-A region including 88 energy.
