Getting a bombshell PR from the FDA clarifying their position and then stating that the results are Hypothesis generating results is does not get you to prison.

Raising 3 fingers as in a possible 3digit valuation with no timeline attached does not get you to prison.

Data mining Trial results to see where the best drug efficacy works to save lives does not get you to prison

Raising money through Fife and Paulson does not get you to Prison.

The stock manipulation that has happened here may send some people to prison or generate some hefty fines but it won't be anyone on the Cytodyn management team
