It is our understanding that TD Waterhouse has announced a policy such as you describe, but only to go into effect on August 13 for companies that are not current in their financial filings. Internal compliance rules are at the discretion of the broker-dealer and some may have already instituted such restrictions. We have been focused on September 28, the SEC deadline. It is doubtful that we will be compliant to individual broker-dealer policies until near that date. You may want to explore another broker-dealer that is more flexible.
