Its not necessarily a "give away," some may be taking profits or deciding to invest into another company which happens everyday. In the opinion of a longterm invested shareholder, yes it is a giveaway; just be patient, in a matter of weeks, the share price will reflect the value of the company with our expected updates.

And yes, there some which may be driving the price down to buy back lower "flip trading" this is a very dirty game at the expense of other shareholders looking to make longterm sustainable growth. But it happens, after all, people in this day and age don't want to work or may have lost employment.
