The lack of experience is astounding, MMs do control direction unless their is retail money flow , broker-dealers control the orders and thus the naked shorting with the MMs. Traders can only control with money flow which Trump’s EVERYTHING. The ONLY time a retail order can supersede MM first in first fill order slots is a pre marker order at the current opening ask or bid.
