Please Remember ADMP is not in charge of the trial.Yes,Dr.Moss has some..

hands on but not much as the CRO is the organization that controls the trial from start to finish-all the way with their full staff of doctors and scientists etc...There is no input at all from ADMP from what I have read and understand about how the channel works.

So,I would say CRO makes these final decisions as to when 'They' are ready to launch the trial as well as the change in what the endpoint is now.

This is all wayyy better for ADMP because ADMP can not screw anything up with having their hands in it.
