The original PR was only issued to inform shareholders what company it was acquiring and nothing else. This leaves open the ability to release details in a follow up PR which MONI CEO states will be released Monday 2 AUG 2021. This most likely will not be the only additional PR in the near future, The CEO is separating PR's due to subject content and not as a comprehensive single PR as to allow shareholders and potential new investors to digest and seek DD without overcomplicating the company's message.
