Here’s something to chew on over the weekend: I’m guessing when SEC approves the Form 1-A for approval of the sale of 1,333,333,333 shares of common stock at an offering price of .015 per share, the shares will be sold in short order. Until the approval of the share sale by the SEC the share price will not go above say .002 maybe a little more, just guessing. Once approved were going to see a number of large block buys of say 100,000,000 shares maybe larger at .015 per share. The influx of the $20,000,000 dollars will bring the PPS up to around .0028 maybe a little more. Now here’s my take, if I wanted to take on a partner and use his cash to increase my capital, I would have to give him something in return. A share in the company, the only problem is I don’t want him to have any voice in the company and I don’t want any legal ties to the company (written agreements). If I have a good enough venture/project in the works that a partner would want to invest money say $20,000,000, how would I do this. Well for a guess, let’s say in sell him stock at a .015 per share well above what any one else would pay for it to insure only he gets the shares and I get the cash with no strings attached. I would request using Form 1-A for the SEC to allow me to sale 1,333,333,333 shares of common stock at a price of .015 per share. The partner gets stock in stead of a share in the company and no legal ties, I get the cash. The share price only goes up a little; I get to go ahead with my venture with out disclosing what it is to the public and maybe spoiling the venture. Everyone happy and I get to keep every thing on the QT.
