Actually what is being held at the DTC did go up a tiny bit, only 19 million as seen here:

Very miniscule in comparison to others we have seen dilute in the hundreds of millions if not billions of shares like with WDLF and RGBP just to name a couple that we are aware of that had massive dilution! LCLP is doing good by us shareholders while as they previously had mentioned, are keeping our best interests at heart! And they have already proven that by cancelling the reverse split for us!
