Now think about this? you don't think Judge Albright is about to commit himself especially on the side of HDVY "until it is decided that the patents hold water. If you were the Judge wouldn't you wait until it is decided if the patents hold water or would you start a trial and possibly be caught looking sideways a squinting that you stated the trial before patentability issues were determined.

So it probably could be seen that Albright figures the patentability issues will be resolved before next June and if not he will extend the start date of trial.

I could be wrong but believe this might be worth talking about!
