I just saw this one 2 days ago and was interested in why the collapse but now that I understand the dynamics, it makes perfect sense. There doesn't appear to be a bottom on the horizon.

What I couldn't figure out though is whether it's open to small retailers (people like you & me) without the 1 year (now 6 month) holding period.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should...

Anyone following anything even remotely resembling investment advice from me is a complete fool lol
