Yeah i was expecting to see current status either by end of this week or next prior to cc. I dont know who was smoke'n what when SEC set a STATUS deadline as opposed to a FILING deadline, but the very least they could do now in this f'd up situation is exempt those tickers whose filings are in FINRAs processing queue to get them removed from brokerage's hit lists. Companies who have filed should not be treated same as those who have not - thats just basic decency.
