Started reading up on Reg A filings..

They also seem to call this "Mini IPO" and it's the best way to get in on the ground floor for investors.

What is awesome about this is that it's the farthest thing from Toxic Financing that you can get!
No 90% discount of shares, no crazy interest on loans, not even close to crazy 100% dilutions etc..
