That's a good question. I think Scratchgolf mentioned he had spoken with JB UBQU CEO and they were preparing past 3 years of filings.

I've been checking every week for posted filings on OTC market website but none as of today. If JB was serious why not start filing back disclosure now.

Time is running out. I know after mid August 14 TD Ameritrade will only allow investors to liquidate stocks based on letter they sent to us account holders. UBQU is on that list near bottom page 148.

GLTA to all investors filings start soon so they can be accepted by SEC based on new rules in letter.
