So in the meantime, while these JV's are worked out, they needed to sell over 1+ billion shares? Those JV's better be worth 10's of millions because that's what it's going to take to get through the 1b shares sold from .003 on down. If they're going to PR those JV's at a million here, a million there, this ain't going no where fast.

So they got these JV's in the works but feel they need to offer 10,000,000,000 shares for sale... down here? Yeah. That makes sense. Why not release the JV details, let it run up and then sell the shares? Something... again... stinks to high heaven and all it takes is a little common sense and critical thinking to smell it.
