Yeah - I stumbled on that one a few years back when I was struggling to understand fully "can it be done" and "how often is it done" and then "Ok, if so, what does it really take to uplist from OTC to an being on anexchange" etc.

And I found that AMAZING GEM of a video and marked it and saved it ever since - done in plain English with real experts that anyone can understand!

I've never found a more clear, or better explanation of how it all works - they even have a OTC MARKET site guy at the table, which is even more amazing to me.
