No Rush To File

Any filing is going to show that all the estimates, plans, intentions, prospects, have all amounted to nothing more than a good story.

They put out a PR saying that they have work to do before the start talking.
That seems strange because so far all they have done is talk. Conference calls every week with no one in attendance (a few shareholders at best). The entire company is one forward looking statement with nothing to show for all the talking they have done.

Planned for a long time and now the plans for the PRE lauch are starting.

These guys are always planning to start thinking about coming up with their next plan. Can't wait to see how they book plans and dreams in their financial statement.
