I have become aware that some have failed to understand the material and links I posted earlier this week.

The question I actually posed, which no one has yet even attempted to address, is whether brilacidin is one of the many compounds that demonstrate efficacy against coronaviruses in vitro but fail to do so in a clinical setting because they cause phospholipidosis in vitro but not in vivo.

One mechanism for this is that in the in vitro setting they cause phospholipidosis which is actually why they work. But the reason they fail to work in vivo is precisely because they don't cause overt phospholididosis when used in doses that are safe.
