TSNP vs GVSI..Something else to consider..

Remember, when TSNP went from $0.002's to over $1.30 in about a month TSNP announced that Mr. Sharp was brought on as an advisor:

10/28/2020 George Sharp Advisor PR $0.0026
11/4/2020 Pink Sheet current $0.0024
11/12/2020 Merger with HMBL PR $0.0188
11/13/2020 Retires 551 million shares PR $0.0360
11/17/2020 $10 million in shares to Treasury PR $0.0636
12/7/2020 First day over $1 $1.3392

Tesoro Enterprises, Inc. (OTCPINK: TSNP), today announced that it has retained microcap analyst and former consultant to OTC Markets Group, George Sharp, as a consultant to the company. Mr. Sharp is advising Tesoro on its strategy to increase shareholder value by identifying potential acquisition targets and has already introduced interesting possibilities to the company.

Tesoro Enterprises, Inc. President and CEO, Henry "Bud" Boucher, stated, "George has his finger on the pulse of the micro-cap market and is providing valuable direction. His reputation in the marketplace automatically draws attention to any endeavor in which he participates, and we intend to capitalize on his following as we work towards our goal of increasing shareholder value in 2021."

So now fast forward to GVSI. Sharp is not an advisor in GVSI, he owns the ticker and is the only management figure here. Notice back with TSNP the PR stated then he had many possibilities for the TSNP merger and since that successful RM he's been approached by many more private companies with legitimate assets wanting to come public. Since the TSNP merger Sharp has resigned as he wasn't in agreement with what decisions were being made by new management. My guess for one he had laid out a plan to take them directly to Nasdaq in a short time and it didn't happen.

Now Sharp has almost all the decision making ability with GVSI, not as just an advisor. I am sure his plans is to make GVSI even bigger than TSNP (has $, past performance, contacts) and get this baby to Nasdaq one day. IMO he wants big board status and I am betting by the end of the year he will be standing on Wall St as his ticker opens trading on a big board exchange.

Bring it George!
