The first being the cost metrics to reach potentially millions consumers, with a patent pending technology. Which in the long run may be the difference maker here with Pennexx. The second part would be the viral nature of all this. If consumers take to this concept, and it begins to spread virally, whether good or bad, no one will be able to stop it. And as it usually goes with big business in these different sectors. If you can't beat the new guy, you buy them. Time will tell here.
