What a joke! Zero Revenue, ALL stock sales!

I said it all along that the ONLY product is the stock itself!

Now it's in black and white, nothing but a desert dirt stock scam. Just look at the amount conman Kepman stole off the top of the stock sales for nothing in return. This loser CEO should be in jail.

Then they wonder why the price dropped, Kepman sold shareholders out! Plain and simple, ripped you off and took 1.6 million for himself.

My Lord this is worse than I thought.

Several adverse conditions and events cast substantial doubt upon the validity of this assumption. The Company
is not currently generating any revenue from its operations. For the year ended March 31, 2021, the Company
recorded a net comprehensive loss of $4,880,829 (March 31, 2020 - $922,617), and had an accumulated deficit
of $18,033,317 (March 31, 2020 - $13,231,193).

Absolutely NOTHING! People need to realize they are had. Take the .20 before that too is gone.

Incredible, why even audit stock sales with no income? Only a crook like Kepman would know.

he ability of the Company to continue as a going concern (as is assumed in the presentation of these
statements) is uncertain and is dependent upon its ability to fund its working capital, complete the development of
its explorations, and eventually to generate positive cash flows from operations. Management plans to explore
alternatives possible, including joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and merger opportunities.

It will never bounce back. I would take the .20 if you still can before Kepman does.
