"Fakuan Liu" is confirmed. He is the past owner of Wandi mine who sold to PRCX.

So, I would say this about as recent confirmation this deal is going to go through as you can hope for.

They changed their auditors to U.S. accountants, changed HQ to U.S., and the SEC documents show the attorneys filing are from U.S. attorney. No one does ALL of this NOT to build on the new name change and ticker change! Way too slow for my taste, but near definite this will EVENTUALLY be going down!

TBH, I am thinking DS eventually wants to uplist to the big boards.
