So since I'm here fishing for information, you seem to be the right person to query.

First: Is that an 8k locking in a price for a private placement offer? Another public offering? I would think such an offering would be best after the FDA grants the EUA, especially when all signs seem to suggest that that approval should be "soon", or "in the near future."

Second: Cup and handle. I don't follow charts - I usually try to gauge social sentiment, and right now, society is screaming for a way to quickly and easily measure an individual's susceptibility to COVID-19, and it looks like this will last at least a couple of years into the future. AXIM appears to be perfectly positioned for this.

But now that I did look at the chart, and disregarding the anomaly of that odd $1.20 pop a few weeks back, I'm guessing the cup started Feb 10th and moved into the handle July 14th. The last two weeks formed the handle (this last week the price has dropped and volume is off by 50% to 75%). Are we now at or almost at the point where the handle breaks out? The way I interpret the last week or so, the huge drop off in volume signifies investors are holding - in anticipation of the long awaited EUA (and I think Canada and Europe will follow soon after with their EUAs, and THEN AXIM will issue a new stock offering after the breakout begins to peak).

So I feel the breakout after the cup and handle will occur around or just before the Press Release about the EUA (there are always leaks), and if the PR comes out in the 2nd week of August, then you and I would be on the same page kind of looking at things in different ways.
