E*TRADE has a September date where they will not allow buys OR sells of CE stocks. I think many other brokers do too if not all of them. I believe Art is aware of this and will have this cleaned up by then. When he had the conference call last year, he didn’t sound like the kind of person who doesn’t care about his shareholders. This whole labeling thing must have been plenty embarrassing for him. Once he gets this current, and I believe he will, this will take off and run hard. From all indications, nothing has changed with their business.
