I think I need a head count, is anyone on the Bible Board other than me & Greg...the Bible Board should be alive with Christians sharing their thoughts , their prayer needs, and offering their comfort & prayers to those in need.... A few years ago when I went through Open Heart Surgery and was laying in ICU with one foot in eternity and one foot in earth ....I felt the prayers, I do not believe that I would be here today if it were not for prayers lifted for me....I have no idea why I posted this other than my concern for a Board that shares Jesus Christ.....Just my opinion here, but there is way tooooooo much politics which is clouding faith.......I spoke of my open heart surgery, friends I was one breath away from eternity, I had folks from ocean to ocean and boarder to boarder raising me in prayer, and in all my honesty I believe that this is what pulled me through----not medications, not doctors, but prayer of friends pulled me out. During my time in ICU my wife went into the chapel and talked with God, she swears up & down that God told her that He would not take me at this time ---and here I am.....Friends I will continue to post, just maybe every now & then I may plant or water a seed and then one day when I step off into eternity some one will meet and say, "HEY, David, back some years ago you posted or you did............I witnessed and never knew it-----Friends that is your christian job --- share your faith---you put a bucket over your light, it sure won't light up a room-----maybe in todays language, we christians need to get off our butts and let folks. know we are believers, let folks know what God has done for us and what God will do for them....It appears that our country is going to HELL in a hand-basket-----friends, God is in charge, and we as Christians really need to show our community, meaning those who we encounter , our faith.....I invite you here on the Bible Board to share----If it is only a---"I believe"

NOW!!! Speaking of sharing.....I was at a grocery store and only had 3 items and in front of me were 2 ladies of color who told me to go in front of them, I told them NO, that I had more time than money , but they insisted, so I took my 3 items and got in front of them-----NOW GET THIS!!!!! I thank them and ask why are you being so nice & polite to me??????? Their answer -----"WE GOT JESUS IN OUR HEARTS...."----Let me ask---Can you say this----what a witness
