Ex-div date and other issues: They should announce a specific date instead of a vague Q3/Q4. This can definitely be done based on accountants, auditors, lawyers, SEC and their own tentative timeline to get everything done. If needed, they can reschedule later on. this will bring market confidence.

Helios - RSHN: Ashley recently predicted Helios O/s share count will be approx. 25.2m if 100% of RSHN is converted (which is not gonna happen). This shows Helios o/s share will mostly depend on RSHN conversion plus some of their own (which seems to be nominal).

I believe ex-div. date along with final split off and spin off notice/PR will put all skepticism to rest. Hope Ashley does that sooner rather than later.
