This is just another example of this CEO knowing her limitations and area of expertise. She acquires a company but DOES NOT remove management and their experience in the operation, instead she keeps that knowledge base and adds the financial backing to provide necessary cash flow to maximize profitability of it's operations. Like the former company here, this company also was in need of capital as their website states in the investor's section. I suspect the third acquisition done by this team will prove to be like the first two, needing cash to expand and already profitable business model.
