QNTA: STILL ULTRA LOW FLOAT TOO !

The TOTAL issued and outstanding shares aka "O/S" is approx 200 million as of today !!

EVEN when they implement the shelf offering which is designed to retire ANY remaining toxic debt with a more stable "conventional straight share offering and leave them still with at least $4.5 mil or more in new working capital for all these product roll-outs and final production build etc -

QNTA aka soon to be MedoLifeRx with a new company name and new ticker - will have at most approx 300 million TOTAL O/S - which on the OTC is a ULTRA LOW FLOATER !!

300 million shares is noise level on the OTC and as has been shown on this puppy- it can trade-up 50% in a day on THIN AIR like greased lightening.

ONCE THEY clear the convertible debt dilution and get those few dilution MM's off and buried - ANY buy-side pressure can and will rapidly move this ticker 100% for certain :)
