I had to explain to everyone in the Courtroom, and EDUCATE our Judge that ACCR is a SHELL. The JUDGE thought because I told him the share price of $.05 as the attack point, and the JUDGE said that because ACCR had value in the millions, that is was not a SHELL.

ACCR has value only because of PATRICK....They have NOTHING for ACCR, and they killed ACCR again, with another FORM 15....I had to explain all of this to the JUDGE. I told the JUDGE we should pay the first $25,000 as a ACCR dividend, instead of cash payment to CRAZY PATRICK!!!

Crazy is good....and CRAZY PEOPLE can manage SHELLS VERY WELL....THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A SHELL is $0. ZERO....NOTHING...........ZILCH......NADA. in ACCR's case, and I had to explain to the JUDGE that PATRICK is the reason why there is belief and value in ACCR.
