Great find! Expanding trial while others have been suspended is a positive sign, also changing to a more aggressive/difficult outcome to achieve with such a small sample size (preventing death).. seems confident.

FDA tells $HGEN you're not getting EUA and your study needs to be expanded and redesigned if you want any shot at approval. How is this bullish?
