I think think have be finished up and done for a LONG time . They know buyout / investors are much more attracted when they can “get in so low” or accumulate what they can before the big release.

With this float tested and locked deep past the previous .30 runs , look for this to rip deep into the dollars on the right spark, enough fuel here to keep PPS roaring when the real PRs start hitting.
