well this one is a bit better lol...

I do like the 2 points they made...clearly they want fast action...and fast revenues. I don't see merger play any longer honestly but they could be going for a buyout. This is not what you would do for reverse merger..you try to suppress price so they can buy cheaper.


1) the Spooz plan would incorporate the most expedient and efficient manner to achieve revenues

This is very important to us shareholders.

2) it would design its operations to be modular and would limit its development operations to automated algorithmic trading systems.

they are touting speed of function. With crypto this should be positive but we have been sold this before. What would make this different now? I hope they already have deals in the works.
