So some debt payment got extended to late Oct.... and in June they announced a public offering---- (which leaves roughly 3 months for them to move those shares without crushing the valuation) And a 10k is expected very soon.... I'm not the world's foremost expert on the inner workings of listed companies but.... it LOOKS alot like they are about to announce some debt is cleared by virtue of the capital they raised through the offering. Super bullish right now especially given how beaten up this stock is. It looks like they are in no hurry to finish moving the new shares into the float judging from the bid/ask- This could mean they have met or are exceeding expectations they have had set to achieve their goal. All good signals here
