Well, SurgePays needs to dilute 700K-800K shares minimum every month just to cover the clurt ordered settlement. And Cox likes his icing to keep the company doors open and Operations running. And he tends to dilute a bit less after a 'healthy' week or two of strong dilution, So let's say another 973,000 $SURG shares of dilution next week.
